Refund policy

RETURNS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Returns are not permitted for certain types of goods. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (where applicable):

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. A processing delay often precedes the posting of a refund. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: contact@plaisir-chastete.com.

Sale or Promotional Items (where applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an e-mail at contact@plaisir-chastete.com and send your item to: France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to themselves to pass on to you later, we will issue the refund to that person and they will be informed that you returned their gift.

Shipping

To return your product, please send it to the following postal address: France.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
